The video clip is produced by Hossein Mojahed and edited by Ali Katebifar on a poem by Nader Ebrahimi.
Its theme is about the 40-day US and Israel aggression on Iran which led to martyrdom of about 3,500 people, including the Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, several officials and military commanders, as well as numerous civilians, including women and children.
Here is an English translation of the lyrics:
My greeting, my song, the guardian of my existence!
You’re my sorrow, my joy, the source of my freedom.
O’ homeland.
A reason for being alive, an honest song,
A reason for surviving, an eternal refuge.
O’ homeland.
Like growth in the spring, like the soul in every body,
Like the scent of flowers, like the green of the grass.
O’ homeland.
Like the secret of Hafez's poetry, like the song of a canary,
Like the best memories, like spring rain.
O’ homeland.
Like the sorrow of a mother's death, you’re like a mountain of sorrows;
Like soldiers in love, you’re heroes of stories.
O’ homeland.
You’re like a loud song from pure heights.
You have pride, forgiveness, and loyalty, like the soil.
O’ homeland.
