iFilm English TV to offer ‘The Sound of My Foot’

iFilm English TV Channel’s feature film ‘The Sound of My Foot’ has been scheduled to go on air on September 5, 2026.

The movie, produced by Javad Norouzbeigi and directed by Mehrdad Khoshbakht, will be aired on Saturday night.

It tells the story of Danial, a good runner who is selected along with Shahin as their village's representatives to participate in a national track and field competition.

One day, Shahin and the village kids plan to throw a turtle into the lands being cleared of mines left over from the war; but Danial stops them and decides to race with Shahin to save the turtle; on the condition that if he wins, they will release the turtle.

But after the race, Danial enters the minefield without realizing it and ...

The cast list of the movie includes Mehran Ahmadi, Fereshteh Sarabandi, Morteza Zare and Abouzar Farhadi.

‘The Sound of My Foot’, made in 2010, is scheduled to go on air at 22:00 GMT.

iFilm English TV will also repeat the movie the next day at 04:00, 10:00 and 16:00.
