iFilm English TV to start airing ‘I’m a Tenant’

The Iranian series ‘I’m a Tenant’ has been set to go on iFilm English TV Channel’s schedule from Monday.

Airing of the series, directed by Parisa Bakhtavar, is to be started on October 12, 2026.

In ‘I’m a Tenant’, an old lady who owns an apartment complex decides to rent it to several young couples who she is led to believe are calm, quiet, and harmless.

But when her ‘harmless’ tenants eventually arrive and settle down, she realizes that she's gotten more than she bargained for.

Amir Jafari, Katayoun Amir-Ebrahimi, Negar Forouzandeh, Rima Raminfar, Sepand Amir-Soleimani, Saeed Aqakhani, Arash Majidi, Mohsen Qazi-Moradi, Bahareh Rahnama, Reza Banafsheh-Khah and Elham Charkhandeh are on the cast list.

‘I’m a Tenant’, produced in 2003, is to replace ‘The Doormat’, to be broadcast at 18:00 GMT.

iFilm English TV will also repeat each episode of the series the following day at 00:00, 09:00 and 15:00. The upcoming series is comprised of 26 segments.
