Toronto International Film Festival to screen Iran movie ‘AVA’

Iran movie ‘AVA’ directed by Sadaf Foroughi has been scheduled to be screened at Toronto International Film Festival.

‘Ava’ is Sadaf Foroughi’s first Feature Film which is screened for the first time at Toronto International Film Festival.

Sadaf Foroughi started her artistic activity in 2004. She has made several short films so far which have participated in different international film festivals.

‘AVA’ depicts the story of a 17-year-old girl who makes a decision that influences both her life and her family and her friends’ lives.

The 42nd Toronto International Film Festival is slated for 7-17 September, 2017.
