Traditional Iranian music ensemble to vie in Bulgaria festival

The seventh world championship of folklore “world folk” 2017 kicks off in Bulgaria.

The Iranian traditional music band “Tabari sound”, comprising 12 musicians and led by Seyed Jalal Mousavi, is participating in the competition section of the event.

In the competition sections, artists from 20 countries will be competing in 100 traditional and folklore bands, including 1200 musicians and singers.

“World folk” 2017 is underway in several European cities, with the jury members from among European music masters.

This is the fourth consecutive year that Iran is participating it the global music event.

The festival concerts take place in the cities of Nessebar, Sunny Beach, Burgas, Obzor and Sveti Vlas.

The 7th edition of the world championship of folklore will wrap up on August 26, 2017.
