2 US filmfets to screen Iran short film ‘To Be’

Iranian film ‘To Be’ directed by Ali Faravardeh has been scheduled to go on screen at 2 US film festivals in California.

The short film will participate at the competition section of California Film Festival and Davis Chienese Film Festival in the US.

“Birth… Life… Death”, a brief synopsis for the film teases.

Notable among the film cast include Nima Naderi, Mahdokht Molaei, Sima Sheibani, Farhad  Norouzi.

Davis Chinese Film Festival (DCFF) is hosted by Davis Chinese Film Festival Foundation (DCFFF). DCFFF is a non-profit organization which was established in January 2014. DCFFF appreciates strong support from the University of California at Davis, Chinese Consulate in San Francisco, Beijing Film Academy, China News Publishing Administration for Radio and Film, China Film Association, community, and many other organizations.

The California Film Festival is based in San Rafael, California. The festival showcases films year-round at the Christopher B. Smith Rafael Film Center.
