Iranian artist Hassan Rouhol Amin, renowned for his Ashura illustrations, has released 7 paintings to be used as basic concepts for ‘Mohammad (PBUH), The Messenger of Allah’ animation.
The artist, who was nominated for the annual ‘Year’s Artist’ has created the masterpieces within the past two months. The works depicts scenes such as night in Mecca, The Night of Mabit (when Imam Ali (AS) bravely slept in the prophet’s bed, waiting for the infidels who wanted to kill the prophet in the dark times of Islam’s childhood), slavery, the prophet’s battles, the caravan, the birth of light and the shepherd.
The artworks are planned to be used as the basic concepts and posters for the design of locations and characters in the animation series ‘Mohammad (PBUH), The Messenger of Allah’ animation that will chronicle the 1400-year old life story of the prophet of Islam.
Rouhol-Amin has so far created masterpieces such as ‘The Throne befell Earth’, ‘Sweeter Than Honey’, ‘Fire Has Become My Nurse’, ‘The Last Soldier Of The Army’ and ‘Are You My Brother’ and his design style centering around themes of prominence throughout the history of Islam are famed.
The inauguration ceemony for launching the animation project is slated for December 17, 2017.
