Funeral for ‘Saint Mary’, 'The Men of Angelos' actor to be held Monday

Funeral ceremony for ‘Saint Mary’ and 'The Men of Angelos' actor Mohammad Poursattar is set to be held in Iranian capital city of Tehran on Monday.    

The funeral for veteran Iranian actor who passed away on next Thursday will be mounted at House of Cinema in Tehran, a media report said Saturday.

 Following his heart attack a few month back, Poursattar departed this life while he was at home.

Born as Mohammad Ghasem Poursattar in Iranian city of Ardabil, Poursattar was an actor best known for his roles in historical series such as ‘Prophet Joseph’ (2008), ‘Saint Mary’ (2000) and ‘The Men of Angelos' (1998) and  'Mokhtarnameh' (2004-2009).

He also appeared in movies such as ‘Passengers’ (1991) and ‘Turtle’ (1996).
