‘Chocolate’ public screening delayed for Iran earthquake

The public screening of Iranian children's film ‘Chocolate’ directed by Soheil Movaffagh has been delayed as gesture of solidarity Iran earthquake victims.

The public screening of Iranian children's film ‘Chocolate’ directed by Soheil Movaffagh has been postponed as a small gesture of solidarity with Iran recent quake victims.

The film was previously scheduled to greet the fans on November 20 before being delayed to a not-yet released specified date with some children of Kermanshah to attend the debut.

In its latest international presence, the film was recently screened on November 9 at the 20th International Children's Film Festival - The Golden Elephant in Indian state of Hyderabad.

“Everything starts with a box of chocolate… That means I was a kid… When you are a kid, chocolate is the most adorable taste in the world,” a brief synopsis for the film read.

The film stars Shabnam Moghaddam, Nasser Hashemi, Mohammad-Reza Hedayati and Arzhang Amirfazli.
