Inauguration ceremony for ‘Holy Cast’ to be held in Tehran

The inauguration ceremony of the Iranian animation ‘Holy Cast’ is scheduled to be held in Iranian cinemas on November 30, 2017.

Directed and produced by Mohammad Amin Hamedani, the animation will be screened at the Kourosh Cineplex in Tehran in the presence of the crew.

The animated movie chronicles a historical story set in Yemen around a thousand years before the dawn of Islam.

Produced by Owj Art Media Organization, the animation is in par with many top level animations produced across the globe.

‘Holy Cast’ has received several accolades, including the Best Animation Award at national section of the 34th edition of Fajr Film Festival in 2016.

The animated film also won the Special Jury award at the 30th International Film Festival for Children and Youth in historic Iranian city of Isfahan.
