Four Iranian films have received certificate to enter the domestic market of home entertainment.

‘Oxidan’ directed by Hamed Mohammadi, Rambod Javan’s ‘Negar’, ‘Malaria’ by Masoud Radaei and ‘Forbidden’ by Hossein Yekta-Panah are the four movies that will be published in home entertainment market.

“Knowing a simple visa issuance is such a hassle, Aslan would have never fallen in love,” the synopsis of ‘Oxidan’ reads.

The picture’s cast includes Javad Ezzati, Amir Jafari, Shabnam Moqaddami, Shaqayeq Dehqan, Reza Behboudi, Linda Kiani and Ali Ostadi.

‘Negar’ tells the story of a girl whose economically-struggling father dies due to excessive pressure in life. Fishy circumstances surrounding the case lead her to review the last days of the man's life in order to understand the origin of his story.

The picture’s cast includes names such as Negar Javaherian, Mohammad-Reza Foroutan, Mani Haqiqi, Ashkan Khatibi, Alireza Aqakhani, Atila Pesyani and Alireza Shoja-Nouri.

‘Malaria’, Shahbazi’s third cinematic work about Iranian youth, after ‘Deep Breath’ and ‘Trapped’, tells the story of a young woman who spends time with a band of street musicians. Afterwards, she plans to hoodwink her family by claiming that she has been kidnapped and asks them to promptly send ransom money.

The film stars Saghar Qanaat, Saed Soheili, Azarakhsh Farahani and Azadeh Namdari.

‘Forbidden’ is about a young girl who has to leave her homeland to search for her lost fiancé in Tehran.

Produced by Mohammad-Hossein Ameri-Pouya, the film stars Milad Keymaram, Leila Zare, Yassaman Moavi, Negar Jokar, Parivash Nazarieh and Levan Haftvan.
