Official poster for Iran Storytelling festival unveiled

The official poster for the 20th International Storytelling Festival unveiled.

The poster of the event was designed by the Institute for the Intellectual Development of Children and Young Adults based on the Iranian storytelling elements.

The annual international festival will be held at the Institute for Intellectual Development of Children and Young Adults (IIDCYA) in Tehran from January 21-25, 2018.

Stories are focused on topics such as education, Razavi stories, tales from Shahnameh, and folklore, and will be narrated on stage.

A number of IIDCYA instructors, teenagers and their families are scheduled to go on stage to narrate their tales.

The aim of the International Storytelling Festival is to promote storytelling traditions among younger generations and keep alive the culture and ancient ritual of Iran.
