Int’l Cartoon, Digital Media Contest to be held in Iran

The International Cartoon, Digital Media Contest has been scheduled to take place in the Iranian city of Tabriz in May.

All artists from around the world as well as cartoonists, caricaturists, painters, illustrators, are encouraged to submit their entries before the April 9 deadline.

The focus of the contest includes the fields of Internet, social networking, digital games, mobile, computer, digital life, data sharing, online kids, and privacy policy.

Some of the accepted works will be printed in a brochure, on posters, in the world press or other printed matter, bringing further exposure for eager artists.

Awards are bestowed upon winners of the event, with a cash endowment as part of the package.

The 4th edition of the International Cartoon, Digital Media Contest will be held in the Iranian province of East Azerbaijan sometime in May.
