ifilm English to start airing new series ‘Hanieh’

ifilm’s new series, ‘Hanieh’, has been scheduled to go on air from February 8, 2018.

‘Hanieh’, produced by Ali Loham and directed by Seyyed-Jalal Dehqani-Ashkezari, is a drama tinted with love and passion.

The series tells the story of a young man, Saeed, who is transferred to Yazd's police station in a critical time in which the country is dealing with turmoil and a revolution.

Saeed has to make a lot of tough decisions and choose between difficult rights or comfortable wrongs. He has everything to lose and yet he could end up having anything he ever wished for in the risky game he has to play...

The series cast list includes Hasti Mahdavifar, Abbas Ghazali, Jafar Dehqan, Mir-Taher Mazloumi, Rozita Ghaffari, Zahra Saeedi, Sima Khezrabadi, Mohammad Kasbi, Elham Charkhandeh, Mehdi Karimpour, and Mozhdeh Qazi-Moradi.

‘Hanieh’, made in 2016, is scheduled to be the replacement for the series ‘In the Eye of the Storm’, which will be aired daily at 21:00 GMT.

ifilm English will also repeat each episode of the series the next day at 02:00, 06:00 and 13:00 (all GMT times). It is comprised of 13 episodes.
