22 provinces to compete at Fajr Int’l Fashion Festival

A total of 22 provinces are to participate at the 7th edition of Fajr International Fashion and Clothing Festival.

The secretary of the event told the local media that the quality of this year’s works is high and the festival has added a provinces section to the event.

A number of high-ranking Iranian officials attended the opening ceremony.

The event will be simultaneously held at Vahdat Hall, Milad Tower and Azadi Tower in Tehran.

The festival aims to encourage designers to promote Islamic and Iranian ideas in clothing throughout the country.

It is part of Fajr festivals that are annually held in Iran commemorating the victory of the Islamic Revolution and the establishment of the Islamic Republic of Iran in 1979.

The 7th edition of the event is slated for February 25 – March 4, 2018 in various Iranian provinces.
