Box office chart toppers in Iran for February 21-28

Highest grossing films at Iran domestic box office are out for February 21-28, 2018 with ‘No Date, No Signature’ making way up the chart.  

According to a media report published Wednesday, five high grossing films in Iran were announced ascending from ‘Rabidity’ By Amir-Ahmad Ansari, ‘Israfil’ by Aida Panahandeh, 'We Are So Cool' by Bahman Goudarzi, ‘Wing Mirror’ by Manouchehr Hadi and ‘No Date, No Signature’ by Vahid Jalilvand.

Top on the chart is 'No Date, No Signature' with 11,990,210,000 Rials and fifth ranker is 'Rabidity' with 1,130,180,000 Rials after two weeks of screeing.

'No Date, No Signature' narrates the story of Kaveh Nariman, a doctor who works at the Iranian Legal Medicine Organization. He has to examine the corpse of someone that he used to know in the past.

'No Date, No Signature' bagged best actor and best director awards for Jalilvand and Navid Mohammadzadeh, respectively, in the Horizons section of 2017 Venice Film Festival.

The flick has won Best Screenplay Award at the 28th edition of the Stockholm film Festival in Sweden.
