ifilm Saturday special 'Alzheimer' depicts how a clash between reason and emotion leaves the characters in bewilderment.

Among the characters of ifilm weekend film one can see a sister and brother who represent the two ends of a continuum.

The sister played by Mahtab Keramati is the one who doesn't seek for any reason and accepts a man's claim to be her long lost husband.

The brother portrayed by Mehran Ahmadi, however, accepts nothing but tangible documents. Throughout the story, it is seen how hard he tries to reason with his sister into coming in terms with her husband's death.

The conflict between the opinions along with many other dominant themes of the story like forgetfulness, and state of being lost make the flick a must-watch.

It should be mentioned that the movie also challenges the viewers to decide what to or not to believe.

The film enjoys a number of well-known Iranian actors such as Faramarz Qaribian, Mehdi Hashemi, Mahtab Keramati, and Mehran Ahmadi.

It is set to be aired on Saturday March 3 at 22:00 GMT.
