'Conditional Release' to be screened at US Tiburon festival

Iran film 'Conditional Release' has been scheduled to be screened at the 14th edition of the Tiburon International Film Festival in the US.

Directed by Hossein Shahabi, the movie is to represent Iran at the American film event.

“It’s about being released on bail and the difficult conditions set for parole. The problems prisoners have to deal with after they’re released,” a short synopsis of the movie read.

Notable among the cast are Amir Jafari, Shaqayeq Farahani, Leila Otadi, Diba Zahedi, Amir-Reza Delavari, Ramin Rastad, Amir Dejakam, Ahmad Nikpour and Shokrekhoda Goudarzi.

Founded in 2004, The Tiburon International Film Festival (TIFF) is an annual event, which seeks to provide a greater understanding of the world and its many cultures through the artistic medium of film, and through the top quality films from around the world. 

The 14th edition of the TIFF is slated for April 20-27, 2018, in the US state of California.
