In Tehran there is a little cozy Tea House at the foot of the mountain run by the Zaferani family where mountaineers and people from the neighborhood visit every day. When Mr. Zaferani first came to Tehran from Mashhad, a friend of his, Mr. Motamed, gave him his land to work on it, and Mr. Zaferani built the Tea House there. But the problems start when Mr. Motamed dies and his eldest son, Homayoun, wants to take the land back and build an apartment complex there.
