Hanieh Tavassoli
Tavassoli, Hanieh (born June 4, 1979, Hamadan)
Hanieh Tavassoli was a high school student when she decided to become an actress. She attended theater classes and studied playwriting at Azad University in Tehran.
Her first performance was in a TV series called 'The Stranger' in 2000 and the next year, she earned the award for best actress at Tehran International Short Film Festival for 'On the Wet Road' (2001).
She has acted in more than 20 movies and theaters and has won some awards such as the Crystal Simorgh for 'The White Nights' (2002).
She has appeared in movies such as 'End Game' (2000), 'The Last Supper' (2001), 'Ethereal' (2001), 'Look at the Sky Sometimes' (2002), 'A Place to Live' (2003), 'One Night' (2004), 'Café Setare' (2004), 'I Saw Your Dad Last Night Aida' (2004), 'Friday Afternoon' (2005), 'In Love' (2006), 'Retribution' (2009), 'Private Life' (2011), 'The Corridor' (2012), 'The Exclusive Line' (2013), and 'Sperm Whale' (2014).
She has also played in series such as 'Vafa' (2006), 'The Forbidden Fruit' (2007), 'Shams-ol-Emareh' (2009), 'Heart of Ice 3' (2012), and 'The Idiot' (2014).
