Sameti, Zhaleh (born April 3, 1972, Tehran)
Sameti studied theater at an art school. In 1993, she began her career with the film ‘DT Means Daughter’ directed by Abolfazl Jalili.
A year later, she appeared in the movie ‘The Violet Plain’ (1994). Her activities also include teaching in acting courses.
Sameti has appeared in several movies, such as 'Sweet Jam' (2001), 'Gilaneh' (2004), 'Rules of the Game' (2006), 'The Sting and the Bee' (2009) and 'Bulletproof' (2011).
She has also taken part in various TV series, including 'The Friendship Agency' (1999) and 'Hotel' (1998).
Sameti was nominated for the Best actress in a Supporting Role award for her appearance in ‘When did you See Sahar Last?’ (2015) at the 34th edition of Fajr Film Festival.
