Bahram Partovi is the head of one of the municipality's districts. He is very honest and upright in his work and has honesty worked his entire career. One day, he is informed that he is retired. His financial situation is not good because he has not been involved in any bribery or corruption all his life. When he retires, his wife tells him that his pension is not enough to cover their living expenses and that he must go to work. After searching for a decent job and facing many problems, his son-in-law takes him to his office to work there. His son-in-law, Saeed, works in a construction company. There, Partovi realizes that they expect him to make things easier for them because of his previous job in the municipality.
