iFilm TV to air final episode of ‘Confidant’

iFilm English TV Channel has set to air the final episode for the series ‘Confidant’ on Monday.

The final episode of the series, directed by Saman Moqaddam and written by Saeed Rahmani, will be aired on May 19, 2025.

The series narrates the story of Siavash, a former thief who’s spent the last five years of his life reminiscing about the jewelry he and his friend stole from a jewelry store.

He’s just got out of prison and is off to find the jewelry his friend hid in a mass land; his world turns upside down when he sees a mosque has been built on that land.

He pretends to be an innocent worshiper who’s made a vow to God to serve in the mosque to look for the jewelry with his new friend; “a gold detector”.

But life takes a whole new and different toll for Siavash as he looks for the jewelry.

The cast list of the series includes Abolfazl Pourarab, Majid Moshiri, Enayat Bakhshi, Anahita Nemati, and Amir Nouri.

‘Confidant’, produced in 2000, will be replaced by ‘Night Path’ directed by Daryoush Farhang.
