Mansouri believes that ‘In the Eye of the Storm’ director shows global and universal concepts inside local Iranian frameworks.

The experienced Director of cinematography has also a token from Jozani’s teachings and that is to be persistent and to never get frustrated with what you are doing in the world of filmmaking.

As a cinematographer, Mansouri has conducted several award-winning projects such as Dariush Mehrjouee’s ‘Hamoun’ and ‘Mom’s Guest’ and Majid Majidi’s ‘The Song of Sparrows’.
