In an exclusive report, ‘In the Eye of the Storm’ director opens up about his marriage and studies to ifilm viewers.

Iranian prolific director, Masoud Jafari-Jozani started off his career as a playwright, a profession that his father approved of. Other than that, he followed his passion in acting behind his father’s back.

He then moves to the US to pursue his studies at San Francisco State University where he meets his wife. The marriage bears a number of fruits, including some jointly made films such as ‘Beginning’ and a daughter who they named Sahar. She has stepped into his parents’ shoes and now is an actress.

Jozani then pursued a masters degree at the same university and he even worked as a lecturer there for some time.
