In an exclusive talk with composer of ‘The Warped Interpretation of a Dream’, the musician reveals interesting details on the series.
Behzad Abdi said to ifilm about the end credits song of Iran-Armenia joint production that director Jeyrani approved the theme for the song by vocalist Reza Yazdani, adding, "Mr. Fereydoun Jeyrani is the old hand at directing movies. This was so great for me and I had no issue with him at all."
'The Gradual Death of a Dream' director has made several movies, including ‘Red’ (1998), ‘Fire and Water’ (2000), ‘The Last Supper’ (2001), ‘Pink’ (2002), ‘Season Salad’ (2004), ‘Zagros’ (2005), the trilogy of ‘Stars’ (2005), ‘Parkway’ (2006), ‘Parya's Story’ (2010), and ‘I'm a Mother’ (2010).
‘The Warped Interpretation of a Dream’ is about an Iranian scientist being kidnapped during an operation by a number of spies. The spies are about to take the scientist to Baku for espionage and sabotage. But as the scientist gets hurt during the operation, the spies have to change their plan. Meanwhile, agents of Iranian intelligent service are trying to make the most out of the situation.
