Derak Mountain Park: A four-season refreshing resort

With an area of ​​about 600 hectares, Derak Mountain Park is one of the largest parks in Iran’s Shiraz city.

Stretching along the Zagros mountain range, the park sits at the western slopes of Derak Mountain in Shiraz, creating a pleasant climate for the sightseers.

During winter season, the upper parts of the mountain get covered with snow while the rain and the fog in autumn give the whole area a mysterious look.

The installation of stone sculptures of animals at the park entrance attracts tourists to visit all parts of this beautiful tourist hub.
