Let’s watch a trailer of iFilm English TV’s weekend movie ‘Midday Adventures’.

The movie, directed by Mohammad-Hossein Mahdavian and produced by Seyyed-Mahmoud Razavi, is a political drama.

It tells the story of the terrorist attacks in Iran by the People’s Mujahidin Organization, aka Monafeqin, in the early years of the Islamic Revolution.

The film sets in a time of political unrest when Monafeqin started a series of assassinations during which they martyred a number of important political figures of the time.

The Iranian intelligence service, a group of young pious men who took over and handled the affairs, tries to stop them from bringing down the government and killing civilians.

The cast list of the flick includes popular iFilm stars such as Javad Ezzati, Mehrdad Seddiqian, Linda Kiani, Mehdi Pakdel, Ahmad Mehranfar, and Hadi Hejazifar.

‘Midday Adventures’ was premiered at the 35th Fajr Film Festival, where it grabbed a series of awards, including a Crystal Simorgh for Best Film.
