iFilm TV to air hit show ‘The Spiritualists’

Iranian hit series ‘The Spiritualists’ has been scheduled to go on iFilm English TV’s playlist.

Airing of the series, produced by Reza Joudi and directed by Mohammad-Hossein Latifi, will start on March 26, 2023.

The series ‘The Spiritualists’ bears a conscious analogy to a number of stories in the Quran.

The story revolves around the two families of two brothers, Khalil and Jalil, who are different in almost every way possible; one brother is a 'spiritualist' and the other rejects his brother's faith with a vengeance.

The very close relationship between Dina and her grandfather, Khalil is one very unique and their deep religious beliefs help them stand all sorts of trials and tribulations.

Both brothers have sons they are not proud of and these sons make troubles that caused the risk of death for both families.

Among the cast list are Sorayya Qasemi, Hamid Ebrahimi, Mohammad Kasbi, Pouriya Poursorkh, Borzou Arjmand, Mehran Rajabi, Sirous Gorjestani, Baran Kosari, Mehraneh Mahin-Torabi, Mohsen Qazi-Moradi, Ardalan Shoja-Kaveh, Afshin Sangchap, and Hossein Mahjoub.

Produced in 2006 and to be broadcast at 18:00 GMT, ‘The Spiritualists’ will replace ‘Madineh’ by Sirous Moqaddam.

iFilm English TV will also repeat each episode of the series the following day at 00:00, 09:00 and 15:00. ‘The Spiritualists’ is comprised of 30 episodes.
