Furg Castle, also known as Mirza Rafi Khan Castle, lies in a village of the same name in Iran’s South Khorasan Province.

Furg Castle is one of the 10 largest and most valuable castles in Iran.

It was founded in the reign of Nader Shah Afshar.

Furg Castle is inscribed on Iran’s National Heritage List.
