Haj Kazem killed his mentor by his two hands in iFilm English TV Channel’s series ‘Brother’.

Haj Kazem wants to open the treasure chest of his heart to his son, Masoud, to tell him a secret that no one knows about.

Haj Kazem used to work for his mentor Haj Rahman who was a dignified and trustworthy shop owner in bazaar.

Haj Rahman used to say kindness is like a river; if you block it, it turns into a swamp; but if you let it flow, it flows clear and brings blessings.

But Haj Kazem confesses to his son that he is shameful for killing his mentor by his two hands.

Directed by Javad Afshar, the series is about Haj Kazem Pahlavan, a reputable merchant in Tehran’s rice bazaar, who is all about supporting domestic production, and trades nothing but Iranian rice.

This puts him at odds with his disgruntled son, Nasser, who thinks making a profit is the only thing that matters.

In the meantime, his daughter, Maryam, a passionate young journalist, is conducting her own investigation into the expired and contaminated foreign rice flooding the market. To her surprise, all the clues lead to her own brother, Nasser.

What ensues is a power struggle between good and evil, in a story of love, sacrifice, and redemption.

Hassan Pourshirazi, Hossein Yari, Pouriya Poursorkh, Reza Tavakkoli, Gelareh Abbasi, Majid Vasheqani, Soheila Razavi, and Kaveh Khoda-Shenas are on the cast list of the series.
