Change of heart or wicked plan in ‘Zaferani’?

Homayoun is to announce his decision regarding selling the coffeehouse to Mr. Zaferani in the 9th episode of iFilm’s ‘Zaferani’.

Being a ludicrous man, Homayoun has already done anything in his power to take the coffeehouse back from Mr. Zaferani and his family. He believes that the land on which the coffeehouse has been constructed once legally belonged to his father and now that the man is dead, he and his brother are the legal heir.

Hamid, Homayoun’s brother, however, is willing to surrender his share to Mr. Zaferani because he is in love with Maryam, the youngest daughter of the Zaferani family.

In tonight’s episode of the show, much to Hamid’s surprise, Homayoun expresses his wish to give away his share in the coffeehouse to Nasser Zaferani and end the animosity between him and the old man.

Is he being honest or he has another devilish plan to force the Zaferani family out of the property?

‘Zaferani’ narrates the story of a man named Mr. Zaferani and his family, who run a small tea house together. When the man first came to Tehran from Mashhad, a friend of his, Mr. Motamed, gave him his land to work on it, and Mr. Zaferani built the same tea house there.

The story gets its twist when Mr. Motamed dies and his eldest son, Homayoun, claims the place back to build an apartment complex.

Watch the show every night at 23:00 GMT. Each episode of the show has three replays the next day at 05:00, 11:00 and 17:00.
