Fereydoun Ehtesham sings Hafez poem

Fereydoun Ehtesham sings a poem by renowned Iranian poet Hafez in iFilm English TV Channel’s social drama ‘Where to in Such a Hurry?’.

The Persian New Year has united the family members in the series for a blissful gathering to commemorate this special occasion.

Reciting a couple of verses from Hafez is one of the rituals in Iranian houses upon celebrating the Persian New Year.

Reza Rouygari, who plays the role of Fereydoun Ehtesham in the series, has performed some songs as a singer in real life.

‘Where to in Such a Hurry?’, directed by Abolqasem Talebi, is about Hatef who has had a grudge against his brother-in-law, the wealthy Fereydoun, for a long time.

Years ago, when he was working for Fereydoun, Hatef managed to convince his family to allow the old widower to marry his sister even though she was half his age.

Now that Hatef's father has passed away, it brings the family back together. But it also rekindles old wounds.

This creates another problem for Hatef, whose son is infatuated with Fereydoun’s wealth and success and wants to work for him despite his father’s will.

Hadiseh Tehrani, Mehdi Faqih, Babak Hamidiyan, Negin Sedq-Gouya, Ahou Kheradmand, Sharareh Dolatabadi, Reza Rouygari, Behrouz Baqaee, Hassan Shokouhi, Parastou Golestani, Ali Omrani, Fariba Motekhasses, Saed Hedayati, and Mahmoud-Reza Qadirian are on the cast list.
