Revenge plans to be masterminded in ‘Setayesh 2’

Heshmat Ferdows is to seek revenge on his daughter-in-law in the 23rd episode of iFilm English TV Channel’s popular series ‘Setayesh 2’.

Although finding his grandson has brought hope to the old man, he does not seem to be ready to let go of the old grudge he has against Setayesh. Heshmat wishes to use the new situation to his own benefit and sue Setayesh for hiding his grand children from him while enjoying being united with Taher’s son.

However, to be able to do so, Mohammad must sign some documents allowing Heshmat’s lawyer to file a complaint against his mother. Would he come into terms with it?

Directed by Saeed Soltani, ‘Setayesh 2’ hits the air daily at 20:00 GMT. Each episode of the show is repeated the next day at 01:00, 07:00 and 12:00.

The series follows the life story of Setayesh, a self-made woman who has undergone so many hardships in her life and never given up.

In the first season of the series, you saw Taher, a veteran from Iraqi imposed war on Iran, who found himself in love with Setayesh, his friend’s sister.

The two got married but then Taher died in a car crash and Setayesh decided to bring up her kids as her deceased husband wanted.

She had to go into hiding; otherwise, her father-in-law would separate her from her two kids.

The second season shows Setayesh and her two kids after 22 years, while a lot has changed in their lives.
