iFilm TV to wave goodbye to ‘The Water Fairy’

iFilm English TV Channel has been set to air the final episode of ‘The Water Fairy’ on Monday.

The final episode of the series, directed by Marzieh Boroumand, will be aired on March 11, 2024, at 23:00 GMT.

The story of 'The Water Fairy' unfolds high up in the sky, where three fairies await the arrival of the fourth fairy to celebrate the beginning of spring.

However, when she does not appear, they embark on a magical journey to find out where she is.

To their dismay, they discover that she has been kidnapped by Apoosh, the monster of drought.

With their grandmother's last words and the help of some benevolent humans, the fairies must descend to earth to rescue their companion.

The cast list of the series includes Hengameh Mofid, Ava Darvishi, Hassan Dadshekar, Leili Rashidi, Siamak Safari, Shabnam Farshadjou, Maryam Saadat, Nima Fallah, Behnaz Jafari, Amir-Hossein Seddiq, Sahar Valadbeigi, and the director.

‘The Water Fairy’, made in 2010, will be replaced by a brand new series titled ‘The Summoning’ by Alireza Afkhami.
