Leader's letter to awakened conscience

Here are new highlights from a letter written by Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Khamenei to American University students.

In the letter published on May 25, 2024 to the American University students, the Leader said, "People's conscience has awakened on a global scale, and the truth is coming to light."

In his letter, Ayatollah Khamenei also told protesting students in universities and colleges across the United States that “The Zionist regime used an iron-fist policy against the defenseless people of Palestine from the very beginning and has ever since intensified its brutality, terror, and repression in complete disregard of all moral, human, and religious values."

Hundreds of students and professors have been suspended or fired for taking part in these popular demonstrations.

Israel's genocidal war on Gaza has killed more than 36,000 Palestinians so far. Resistance groups in Palestine and across the region continue their operations against the Tel Aviv regime and its Western backers.
