iFilm English TV to broadcast ‘Goodbye Child’

iFilm English TV Channel has been scheduled to start airing Iranian series ‘Goodbye Child’ on Thursday.

Airing of the series, produced by Davoud Hashemi and directed by Manouchehr Hadi, is to be started on September 5, 2024.

The series narrates the story of Leila and Morteza, a young married couple that are eager to start a family, but unfortunately they cannot have a child of their own.

Because of Morteza’s past criminal record, they are not able to legally adopt a child either.

Out of desperation, they decide to try all options to have a baby, even if it comes to some illegal actions.

On the cast list of the series are Iman Safa, Shahin Taslimi, Atila Pesyani, Nasser Gitijah, Behnoush Bakhtiyari, Shahram Haqiqatdoust, Pourandokht Mohaymen, Mehdi Sabaee, Bahareh Rahnama, and Mehraveh Sharifinia.

‘Goodbye Child’, produced in 2012, replaces ‘Father’s House’ to be broadcast at 19:00 GMT.

iFilm English TV will also repeat each episode of the series the following day at 03:00, 08:00 and 14:00. ‘Goodbye Child’ is comprised of 27 segments.
