Marzieh faces heartbreaking news: iFilm cut from ‘The Sound of Rain’

In tonight’s episode of ‘The Sound of Rain’, Marzieh is confronted with devastating news.

Taha’s nephew, Nader, delivers the shocking message that Taha has been sentenced to life imprisonment.

As if that weren't enough, Marzieh is told she must let go of Taha, as he has personally asked her to move on.

But is this really the full truth? Is there more to Taha’s request than meets the eye?

The series, produced by Seyyed-Mohammad Hashemi-Asl and directed by Hossein Soheilizadeh, narrates the story of Taha, a successful businessman and a widower living with his five-year-old daughter.

During a business trip to Turkey, Taha is falsely accused of drug smuggling and sentenced to life in prison. He hands over everything, including the care of his daughter, to his nephew.

After 20 years, Taha is released and returns home, only to find that things have changed—and he may have trusted the wrong people.
