Soheilizadeh, Hossein (born 1960, Ahvaz)

In his younger age, Hossein Soheilizadeh experience amateur directing. He later earned an academic degree in Social Sciences.

Soheilizadeh entered the film industry in 1990 as an assistant director on Abulhassan Davoudi’s feature film ‘The Magical Journey’.

His first television production was a fictional documentary named ‘The First Step’ (1997).

Soheilizadeh has directed several series, including ‘Family Restaurant’ (2001), ‘The Petty Rentier’ (2003), ‘Cocoons of Flight’ (2005), ‘A Mother's Song’ (2008), ‘Gilad’ (2009), ‘Worlds Apart’ (2011), ‘Mirage’ (2011), ‘3-5-2’ (2011), ‘The Daughters of Eve’ (2012) and ‘The Sound of Rain’ (2013).
