iFilm English TV to bring in ‘The Daughters of Eve’

‘The Daughters of Eve’ is to go on iFilm English TV’s schedule from Tuesday.

Iranian series ‘The Daughters of Eve’ has been set to go on iFilm English TV Channel’s schedule from Tuesday night.

Produced by Aziz Alizadeh and Akbar Jenaghi and directed by Hossein Soheilizadeh, the story of the series revolves around three families that each has a daughter; supposedly these three girls were switched at birth in a hospital.

After some 25 years, the nurse responsible for the swap confesses to a social worker and begs her to tell the families and relieve her of some of the guilt before she dies.

Following the families being informed about the change, the three girls are to return to their real parents that lead to interesting events.

The story continues with unfolding deep secrets, criminal activities, and a series of fraudulent schemes, breaches of trust and even murder.

Tina Akhoundtabar, Gohar Kheirandish, Pouria Poursorkh, Iraj Rad, Yekta Nasser, Amir-Hossein Rostami and Nima Shahrokh-Shahi are on the cast list of the series.

‘The Daughters of Eve’, made in 2012, is scheduled to replace ‘Spellbound’, to be on iFilm’s screen every day at 20:00 GMT.

iFilm English TV will also repeat each episode of the new series the next day at 01:00, 07:00 and 12:00. It is comprised of 30 episodes.
