iFilm English TV to air finale for ‘Stairway to Heaven’

The final installment for iFilm English TV Channel’s historical drama ‘Stairway to Heaven’ has been set to hit the air on Sunday.

The final episode of the series, produced by Mohsen Ali-Akbari and directed by Mohammad-Hossein Latifi, will be aired on March 2, 2025, at 23:00 GMT.

It will be repeated the next day at 05:00, 11:00 and 17:00.

The series tells the story of Jamshid Kashani, one of the most brilliant minds in the history of sciences.

The renowned 15th-century Iranian astronomer managed to make incredible scientific breakthroughs as he lived during the tumultuous times of Timur Mongol's invasion.

The most notable on the cast list are Vahid Jalilvand, Jamshid Jahanzadeh, Vishka Asayesh, Mehdi Faqih, Sara Khoueeniha, Hassan Pourshirazi, Farhad Qaemian, Shabnam Qolikhani, Rahim Norouzi, and Mahchehreh Khalili.

‘Stairway to Heaven’, produced in 2009, will be replaced by ‘Hereafter’ made by Mohammad-Reza Ahanj.
