Ahanj, Mohammad-Reza (born 1965, Tehran)

Mohammad-Reza Ahanj graduated in Industrial Design from Tehran University Faculty of Fine Arts.

He began his acting career in 1983 by appearing in films, series and music videos.

Ahanj has directed series such as ‘The Mystery’ (2002), ‘Tell the World to Stop’ (2006), ‘Operation 125 (2)’ (2009), ‘Hereafter’ (2010), ‘Leaden Stars’ (2011), ‘Tell the Truth’ (2012), and ‘My Sky’ (2013-2015).

He has also made some movies, including ‘Messed-Up Days’ (2008) and ‘Sphere of Death’ (2011).

As an actor he has appeared in movies such as ‘Terror’ (1987), ‘Glass Eye’ (1990), and ‘Flight in Infinity’ (1990).

This actor and director has also experienced costume and scene design, production assistance and production management.
