iFilm English TV to air finale for ‘Green Roads of the North’

The final episode of iFilm English TV Channel’s social drama ‘Green Roads of the North’ has been scheduled to be aired on Tuesday.

The final part of the series, produced by Asghar Zaeri and directed by Abbas Rafei, will be aired on June 16, 2026, at 22:00 GMT.

It will also be repeated the next day at 04:00, 10:00 and 16:00.

The series is about an old lady, a mother of five, who lives with one of her sons in the northern region of Iran.

An older boy from the north calls his brother’s school and informs them that it has been a few days since the mother left the house and no trace of her whereabouts could be found.

The most notable on the cast list are Bijan Emkanian, Habib Esmaeeli, Nasrin Moqanlou, Mina Norouzifar, Hamid Lolaee, Farideh Daryamaj and Mahnaz Afzali.

‘Green Roads of the North’, produced in 2002, will be replaced by ‘The Tenth Night’.
