Lolaee, Hamid (born 1955, Tehran)
From a young age, Hamid Lolaee used to gather neighbors and perform plays for them.
At the age of 25, he began taking acting classes and entered the theater scene.
He had a minor role in the period drama 'Sarbedaran' (1984). He then became the manager of a famous movie theater.
The cinema and television actor and comedian made a comeback to acting after 7 years and like many other comedy actors he also found fame with the series 'Happy Hour' (1994).
But it was his character Khashayar Mostofi in the series 'Under the City Sky' (2001) that made him a household name.
Lolaee has appeared in 'Homeless' (2004), 'Sweet and Sour' (2007), 'Checkered' (2007), 'A Message from the Afterlife' (2007), 'Right on Time' (2008), 'The Passengers' (2009), 'The Occupiers' (2010), 'Cops and Robbers' (2012), and 'Rooster' (2013).
