Set in both the 7th century and present day, the leading character is kidnapped and left for dead, suspected of being in possession of important documents which could destroy the reputation of prominent figures in the town. He is fighting with death and in his imagination he travels to the 7th century just before the Karbala event happens to Imam Hussein (PBUH), his family and his companions. Meanwhile, the daughter of the man is searching for him in the present time.
