iFilm English TV to start airing ‘Floating in a Bubble’

Iranian series ‘Floating in a Bubble’ has been scheduled to go on iFilm English TV Channel’s playlist.

Airing of the series, produced by Majid Molaee and directed by Sirous Moqaddam, is to be started on August 19, 2025.

In the series, Omid is a young man who dreams of being on the national cycling team and marrying the girl of his dreams.

He is in love with Mahtab, but his father limits his proposal to winning in qualification races.

Meanwhile his father’s past as a police officer has come back to haunt the family.

A young man crazed with hatred for Omid’s father sets out to destroy Omid’s family. He drugs Omid in hope of winning the race and …

The most notable on the cast list are Abdolreza Akbari, Golab Adineh, Shiva Khonyagar, Hamed Komeili, Ali Nasirian, Marjan Mohtasham, Felor Nazari, Afshin Sangchap, and Chakameh Chamanmah.

‘Floating in a Bubble’, produced in 2006 is a replacement for ‘Sparrows' Dream’, to be broadcast daily at 22:00 GMT.

iFilm English TV will also repeat each episode of the series the following day at 04:00, 10:00 and 16:00. It is comprised of 19 segments.
