Bahram to be snowed under lies in ‘Next Door Neighbors 1’: iFilm cut

Bahram is to be trapped in a catch-22 situation in the 8th episode of ‘Next Door Neighbors 1’ to be aired at 19:00 GMT tonight (22:30 Tehran time).

On the New Year’s Day when Mahnaz’s parents arrive for a surprise visit to the luxury villa, Bahram tells a lie that will snowball in the rest of the day to come.

He claims the whole villa to be trusted with him by his friend to live a comforting life in it. Of course, it will not be easy to keep on with the lie as the other residents of the house will soon show up.

Will the whole tenants cooperate with him to keep his face or will they sell him out?

Produced by Hamid Rahimi-Nadi and directed by Saman Moqaddam, ‘Next Door Neighbors 1’ goes on air every night at 22:30 GMT (19:00 Tehran time) except for Saturdays.

iFilm English will also repeat each episode of the series the following day at 03:00, 08:00, 14:00 (all GMT times). It is comprised of 48 episodes.

It tells the story of a few families that give all their life savings to Mr. Moshiri to build houses for them, but things go wrong for Mr. Moshiri and they end up spending the New Year holidays in a mansion as next-door neighbors.

Among the cast list are Pejman Jamshidi, Roya Teymourian, Homayoun Ershadi, Farhad Ayish, Vishka Asayesh, Gohar Kheirandish, Azadeh Samadi, and Reza Naji.
