There’s an exception for every rule in iFilm English TV’s ‘Next Door Neighbors’.

Colonel Delpak has faced a little problem as the building manager in the house and is determined to solve it; however, finding the solution is not easy at all.

So, the strict colonel can even consider some exceptions for some rules in order to bend them a little bit!

It tells the story of a few families that give all their life savings to Mr. Moshiri to build houses for them, but things go wrong for Mr. Moshiri and they end up spending the New Year holidays in a mansion as next-door neighbors.

On the cast list are Pejman Jamshidi, Roya Teymourian, Homayoun Ershadi, Farhad Ayish, Vishka Asayesh, Gohar Kheirandish, Azadeh Samadi, and Reza Naji.
