Next door Neighbors to go folklore: iFilm cut

Next door Neighbors are to go folklore in the 15th episode of ‘Next Door Neighbors 1’ to be aired at 19:00 GMT tonight (22:30 Tehran time).

The neighbors are bounded up together to rate their chance in performing the New Year play and see if they can win the competition.

It all seems to be going very well up until Mr. Farzi faints! Do they have a chance to enter the international competition section of the festival?

Produced by Hamid Rahimi-Nadi and directed by Saman Moqaddam, ‘Next Door Neighbors 1’ goes on air every night at 19:00 GMT (except for Saturdays).

iFilm English will also repeat each episode of the series the following day at 03:00, 08:00, 14:00 (all GMT times). It is comprised of 48 episodes.

It tells the story of a few families that give all their life savings to Mr. Moshiri to build houses for them, but things go wrong for Mr. Moshiri and they end up spending the New Year holidays in a mansion as next-door neighbors.

Among the cast list are Pejman Jamshidi, Roya Teymourian, Homayoun Ershadi, Farhad Ayish, Vishka Asayesh, Gohar Kheirandish, Azadeh Samadi, and Reza Naji.
