Uninvited guests to stir chaos in 'Next Door Neighbors'

In the 36th installment of iFilm series 'Next Door Neighbors', to be aired at 19:00 GMT tonight (22:30 Tehran time), tensions rise as Kian, the daughter of Colonel Delpak, prepares to meet a potential suitor.

Like any protective father, Colonel Delpak has his concerns about the match, while Kian herself remains uncertain about the mysterious candidate.

Enter the suitor, a highly disciplined individual with a meticulously planned future spanning the next 10 years.

As Kian engages in a private conversation with him, an unexpected interruption occurs. Zamyad, who secretly harbors feelings for Kian, seizes the opportunity to disrupt the proposal session.

What unfolds next is a scene filled with chaos and intrigue. Will Zamyad succeed in sabotaging the suitor's chances? Can he achieve his ulterior motive amidst the confusion?

It tells the story of a few families that give all their life savings to Mr. Moshiri to build houses for them, but things go wrong for Mr. Moshiri and they end up spending the New Year holidays in a mansion as next-door neighbors.
